TERMS OF SERVICE
If you have a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.
1. GENERAL TERMS
❥ You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me.❥ You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.❥ As the artist I, Supreme Leader V, not the buyer, maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, streaming my progress on the work, etc.❥ Requests can be made to delay posting finished work and/or to not stream the progress of work that is intended for special events.❥ Credits to me (© supremeleaderv; the artist) or a link tracing back to one of my socials must be given anytime the art is showcased (e.g. emote attribution on twitch, tags on social media, etc.)❥ No one is allowed to mint my artwork as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token); my art, whether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can NOT be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else. I also strictly prohibit usage of my illustrations for AI learning.❥ You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.❥ I can attempt to draw most any subject but absolutely NO hateful symbols/art OR anything that sexualizes children.❥ I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.
2. Payment
❥ Due to Kofi’s payment methods, I am unable to provide full refunds. Please be cautious when purchasing your commission. Also, feel free to contact me before ordering if you have any questions about the listing.❥ Due to the nature of these commissions being used for emergency funds, I will NOT be able to provide refunds for ANY reason. DO NOT purchase any commission from me if you cannot afford it.
3. Process and Delivery
❥ Orders will be completed on a first come, first served basis.❥ Since I will be accepting orders until my emergency funding is met, AND since each type of order varies in complexity, it will be hard for me to determine exact delivery dates in advance. I will do my best to keep you updated on when your order will be completed, but please allow a minimum of 3 months for order completion.❥ Any edits (within reason) can be made during the sketching phase; once the draft is approved, I work until the piece is finished. All edits made after completion of the piece will be subject to additional fees.❥ I often jump between art pieces depending on my inspiration/energy/time/etc, therefore completion times can be very variable.❥ If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP.❥ You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire. These images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.❥ Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size if you need it. Note that all pieces are digital and there is no physical product.
4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
❥ My work is for private use only, meaning I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit.❥ Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed on beforehand by the commissioner and myself. Rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time.❥ Promotional illustrations, stream assets, merchandise, or any usage that could earn revenue is to be counted as commercial. Please disclose your intended usage for the artwork beforehand so I can discuss cost estimate/any additional fees with you.❥ Vtubers and streamers may request non-commercial purpose illustrations for personal use only (icons, banners). If you'd like to be granted exclusivity for the artwork and its use for derivative content such as advertisement and stream schedule or graphics, please inquire about a commercial use illustration.
5. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
❥ If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together. Any needed edits that are a result of an error on my end will be free of charge.❥ I am willing to discuss changing some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. e.g. If you don't want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.
6. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
❥ I cannot offer refunds or cancellations at this time.❥ If there is an issue with your payment or what you ordered, we can discuss ways to work laterally so that you are still satisfied with what you receive.
If the buyer violates any of the terms stated above they will lose all rights to the commissioned artwork created by me, Supreme Leader V (the artist), and I will have the right to explore profiting/recouping losses from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.
